Christian Health Named One of NJBIZ’s Best Places to Work in New Jersey

Recognition highlights the organization’s mission-driven workplace and the team members who make it an outstanding place to work and serve

WYCKOFF, N.J. (July 8, 2026) — Christian Health has been named to NJBIZ’s Best Places to Work in New Jersey in 2026 list in the Large Companies category (250+ employees), an honor acknowledging organizations committed to building a strong workplace and meaningful employee experiences.

The annual NJBIZ rankings are determined through confidential employee feedback and an evaluation of organizational practices, policies, and demographics. Assessment areas include employee engagement, leadership, job satisfaction, and retention.

“This recognition is a powerful reflection of our team members and the extraordinary culture they create every day,” said Christian Health President and CEO Stephen J. Dumke, LNHA, FACHE. “Their dedication, professionalism, collaboration, and commitment to service are at the heart of Christian Health. They are the reason we are not only a trusted organization for those we serve, but also a meaningful and rewarding place to work. This honor belongs to them and reflects the exceptional spirit and talent they bring to Christian Health.”

Across its continuum of senior living, short-term rehabilitation, mental health services, residential care, and community-based programs, Christian Health’s 1,400 team members serve residents, patients, clients, families, and one another with purpose, skill, and heart.

The distinction reflects Christian Health’s commitment to fostering a compassionate, respectful, and team-oriented workplace where employees can grow professionally and contribute to a mission that makes a lasting difference.

“We are proud to be recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey, but we are even prouder of the workplace our team members continue to shape together,” said Patricia Mercurio, Vice President of Human Resources at Christian Health. “This honor reflects their voices, their commitment, and their belief in our mission. As we celebrate this achievement, we remain focused on listening, learning, and continuing to strengthen the team member experience.”

Christian Health will continue investing in its employees, workplace culture, and programs that advance its mission of fostering health, healing, and wellness for those it serves.
