Thomas Dykhouse

Chair

Tom Dykhouse is serving his second term on the Christian Health Board of Trustees, having previously served from 2015 to 2021. He has been board chair since 2023, is a member and chair of the executive committee, and is an ex officio member of all board committees. Mr. Dykhouse is also chair of the Pension and Insurance Committees. He was also previously a trustee of the Christian Health Foundation. Mr. Dykhouse is head of school emeritus at Eastern Christian School, where he served as the executive director and head of school until 2021. He subsequently served as co-chief executive officer of Christian Schools International in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Prior to joining Eastern Christian School, he was managing director and executive vice president of Continental Europe at Guy Carpenter & Co. LLC in New York. Mr. Dykhouse currently serves as a trustee of the pension fund and foundation of Christian Schools International. He and his wife, Linda, reside in North Haledon and attend the Faith Community Christian Reformed Church in Wyckoff.
