Christian Health’s Patient Accounting Department is comprised of individuals who strive to achieve the highest level of customer service while ensuring that all billing is processed in a timely and efficient manner. Each of our programs is assigned a dedicated Billing Representative to assist residents, clients, patients, and their families through each aspect of the billing cycle. In accordance with federal requirements, Ramapo Ridge Behavioral Health provides information on its standard list of hospital charges. Charges are not the same as prices; charges are like a sticker price that is negotiated down for virtually all healthcare customers. In accordance with the new hospital price transparency requirements finalized by the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), we are continuing to update the information contained within our website. Our goal is to provide you with clear, accessible pricing information about our services, standard charges and associated costs for services. This information will help you plan in advance and be informed of the potential charges before you receive care. Uninsured or underinsured patients should reference our Financial Assistance policy for additional information. We are committed to make this information available to you and will continue to enhance and update these resources in accordance with CMS hospital price transparency requirements.
