Suzanne Kraai

Suzanne Kraai, who holds a master’s degree in educational leadership, has served in a variety of leadership roles at Eastern Christian School over the last 15 years, most recently as Director of Enrollment, guiding the school through a sustained period of institutional growth. She brings expertise in organizational development, enrollment strategy, communications, donor engagement, and community partnerships. In addition to her work in education, Ms. Kraai and her husband co-own a small business, where she contributes to strategic planning, events, human resources, communications, and community relations. She also serves on the Board of Lighthouse Pregnancy Resource Center and recently completed service on the Domestic School Advisory Committee for the Middle States Association Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools. A lifelong New Jersey resident, Ms. Kraai is committed to the role mission-driven organizations play in strengthening communities. She is an active member of Emergence Church and enjoys raising her three young children with her husband, Michael, in Oakland, New Jersey.
