Suzanne Kraai of Oakland, New Jersey, is a lifelong New Jersey resident whose appreciation for compassionate and expert care stems from generations of physicians in her family. Holding a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, Suzanne served at Eastern Christian School for fifteen years in a variety of leadership roles, most recently as Director of Enrollment, helping guide the school through a period of sustained growth that included fifteen consecutive years of enrollment increases (with the exception of the onset COVID year). Suzanne and her husband co-own a small business where she contributes in events, HR, communications, public relations, and long-term strategy. Suzanne values collaborative teamwork and brings an energetic, relationship-centered approach to the organizations she serves, with particular passion in donor engagement, sales, strategic development, and cultivating meaningful partnerships. She has a deep appreciation for the trust placed in mission-driven organizations and the important role they play in strengthening community health. Suzanne currently serves on the board of Lighthouse Pregnancy Resource Center and as of March 2026, completed service on the Middle States Association Domestic School Advisory Committee. She is an active member of Emergence Church and enjoys traveling, theatre, and raising three young children with her husband, Michael.
