Working to Help Improve Community Health in Bergen County
Every three years, the Community Health Improvement Partnership of Bergen County, and the Bergen County Public Health Department, in partnership with all 7 non-profit hospital systems (Including Christian Health’s Ramapo Ridge Behavioral Health) within Bergen County, take part in a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). This comprehensive collection of data helps identify and prioritize the health needs most pertinent to the residents of Bergen County. This information is then used to develop an implementation plan/strategy to address the top concerns and needs by connecting people to the resources and services available within the county.
Please see the latest assessments below. For more information or to comment, email Info@ChristianHealthNJ.org.
