Outpatient rehabilitation is helpful for many individuals, including stroke survivors; post-surgical patients; those with chronic conditions like Parkinson’s, MS, or arthritis; and those looking to prevent falls and stay healthy and active. At Outpatient Rehabilitation, our interdisciplinary team uses state-of-the-art, advanced approaches to help our patients achieve the best outcomes and regain or improve their mobility, strength, and independence to get back to the life they love.
Peter, a former client of Christian Health’s Outpatient Rehabilitation, needed help improving his balance after a surgery. One of the greatest benefits of Peter’s experience was the individualized attention he received from his therapy team and the comprehensive care plan that enabled him to strengthen his balance and build confidence. Peter and his wife Barbara are so grateful for the kindness of the rehab team and the excellent care that has allowed him to thrive after his discharge from the program. Peter’s therapists even taught him how to build an exercise plan at home to ensure he maintains his strength and coordination. “Christian Health’s outpatient program is far superior to any other with their state-of-the-art equipment and kind and compassionate care team,” said Barbara. “They give you 100 percent individual attention. His relationship with his therapists was excellent.”
