Evergreen Court offers an intimate, close-knit setting for adults 62 and older, where neighbors truly know and support one another. The community is designed to encourage independence while fostering meaningful connections through everyday interactions and shared activities. As a resident, you’ll enjoy a variety of opportunities to gather with friends and neighbors, whether it’s sharing meals in the communal dining room, participating in outings to local restaurants, or relaxing together in the community room or on the outdoor patio.

Evergreen Court allows you to enjoy your independence and privacy in a warm, welcoming environment that encourages social connection.

The community features 40 apartment homes, with both low-income and market-rate options, that you are welcome to furnish and make your own with personal furniture and decor so that it truly feels like home.

Each apartment features the following:

• Living room
• Galley kitchen
• Full bedroom with closet
• Full bathroom with safety railings
• Cable-television access
• Private telephone hook-up
• Ample windows for natural light

The community’s many inviting common spaces also offer plenty of opportunities to gather with friends, share a meal, and relax in a social, homelike environment.

Common areas include the following:

• A dining room
• Cozy sitting rooms on each floor
• A peaceful outdoor patio area
• An activities room with a television

A Sense of Community

At Evergreen Court, the resident-led social committee adds vibrancy to the community by organizing monthly birthday celebrations, entertainment, and other special events. These activities help create a fun, friendly environment where you’ll feel both a sense of belonging and the freedom to live at your own pace.
