Christian Health offers supportive, specialized care for people with cognitive difficulties, such as Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, in three areas of our campus: Courtyard at Longview, Heritage Manor, and Southgate.
Courtyard at Longview: Assisted Living
Nestled within Longview, Courtyard is a specialized residence designed to meet the needs of those with early stages of dementia and memory loss. Loss of memory shouldn’t mean a loss of dignity, activity, or independence. Geared toward fostering ability and independence, the Courtyard design considers safety, comfort, dietary needs, and mobility. Special programs and facilities help reduce dementia-related anxiety and enhance memory.

Heritage Manor provides specialized care for patients with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. We offer loving, compassionate, skilled-nursing care and memory support to meet the needs of those no longer able to care for themselves. Our staff never forgets each senior in our care is an individual. Here, our staff seeks not only to meet physical needs, but also to acknowledge and enhance each individual’s spiritual and emotional well-being.
At Christian Health, we believe in the value of every individual, and our community was born of a desire to improve the quality of care for people who faced cognitive challenges. Through Southgate, a special-care skilled nursing center located on our campus in Wyckoff, NJ, we have expanded upon that desire, offering behavior management care for adults who have behavioral disturbances associated with dementia and other illness.
