At LiveWell Counseling, our group therapy programs offer a safe and inclusive environment where individuals come together to grow, heal, and connect. Each group is professionally led and designed to meet participants where they are in life—offering tools, insight, and shared strength.
Wednesdays 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Facilitator: Lauren Roden, LCSW, PMH-C
Designed for adults transitioning from higher levels of mental health care,
this group provides a bridge toward greater independence and stability.
It offers a safe space to rebuild routines and manage everyday stressors,
especially for parents seeking continued support in their healing journey.
Thursdays 4 to 5 p.m.
Facilitator: Dr. Michael Jarrette-Kenny, LCSW
For adults 18+ with development developmental disabilities, this group
helps participants improve communication and social confidence. It focuses
on real-life interaction skills through guided practice in a respectful
and friendly setting.
Wednesdays 6 to 7 p.m.
Facilitator: Joseph D’Introno, LCSW
A supportive space helps young adults who are navigating relationships,
friendships, career choices, and balancing social with family roles. Participants
feel more grounded and confident during this critical time in life.
Fridays 8:30 to 9:30 p.m
Facilitator: Sara Heerema, LCSW
This group supports individuals 18+ who are interested in exploring spirituality-related
thoughts, feelings, and experiences. With readings, reflection, and open
discussion, participants connect around values, beliefs, and questions
in a safe and inclusive space. Ideal for anyone looking to grow spiritually
with others.
Mondays 5 to 6 p.m.
Facilitator: Sara Heerema, LCSW
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a structured, evidence-based therapy
to help you learn practical tools to regulate emotions, improve interpersonal
relationships, handle stress, and improve mindfulness. Adults 18+ gain
insight and practice in a supportive, skill-based setting.
Every other Monday 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Facilitator: Carly Viglione, LCSW
This group is for women 18+ who want to build strength through life’s
challenges. With guided conversation and peer support, participants reflect
on past experiences and gain tools to move forward with confidence and
self-care.
Thursdays 5:45 to 6:45p.m.
Facilitator: Elizabeth Rogalin, LCSW
A general process group for adults 18+ seeking support, self-awareness,
and connection. This group helps improve emotional well-being, strengthen
social skills, and foster a sense of belonging.
