Why It’s Good for You
Spinach provides antioxidants, vitamin C, calcium, and fiber to support bone health and digestion. Berries are rich in antioxidants that help reduce oxidative stress and support brain health. Toasted almonds add healthy fats and even more antioxidants, while goat cheese provides calcium for strong bones. “This healthy and flavorful spring salad is a simple way to bring freshness and wellness to your table,” said Christopher Jerred, Executive Chef at Heritage Manor. “It’s light, satisfying, and perfect for the season.”
