The Vista Earns ‘Choice Community’ Recognition in National Resident Satisfaction Survey

Wyckoff, NJ (March 11, 2026) — The Vista has been recognized as a “Choice Community” by Holleran, a national research firm specializing in senior living communities, based on exceptional resident feedback in its 2026 Independent Living Resident Engagement Survey.

The survey results found that The Vista was a top-performing community for resident satisfaction and engagement, significantly outperforming national benchmarks. The Vista, a Christian Health community, earned the highest possible Engagement Index score of 8, a designation reserved for communities that excel across all key areas of resident engagement. It ranked in the 88th percentile for Voice, the 93rd percentile for Connection, the 95th percentile for Fulfillment, and the 96th percentile for Well-Being compared with Holleran’s national Independent Living benchmark.

Residents were eager to share their satisfaction, with 84.2 percent of the community’s 203 residents responding, far exceeding the typical response rate for Independent Living surveys. High ratings were achieved for the helpfulness of concierge/reception services (4.94), staff friendliness (4.88), and the safety and security of the grounds (4.81), each ranking among the top scores compared with other senior living communities according to Holleran. Overall satisfaction with life at The Vista was also strong, with many key services and amenities being in the 90th percentile or higher nationally.
