Multiple Christian Health Communities Earn National Recognition in 2026 Customer Experience Awards

Wyckoff, NJ (March 31, 2026) — Christian Health has been honored as one of the nation’s leading senior care providers, earning multiple 2026 Customer Experience Awards from Activated Insights. Two communities, Heritage Manor Unit 2 and Southgate Special Care, were included in the Top 100 nationwide.

Activated Insights, a national firm specializing in senior care satisfaction, conducted independent interviews with residents and families to evaluate care quality, communication, and overall experience to determine the rankings.

Top National Honors

Heritage Manor’s Unit 2 and Southgate Special Care each received the 2026 Top 100 Customer Experience Award, placing them in the top 5% of more than 1,800 senior care organizations nationwide. Heritage Manor provides skilled nursing, therapy, memory care, and hospice services for adults who need long-term care. Southgate Special Care offers specialized support for individuals with behavioral disturbances associated with dementia, schizophrenia, or other mood disorders. Their respective rankings were:

  • Heritage Manor Unit 2 ranked #81 nationally
  • Southgate Special Care ranked #80 nationally

These recognitions reflect exceptional satisfaction scores and a strong culture of listening, accountability, and continuous improvement, which set them apart in a highly competitive industry, according to Activated Insights.

Excellence Across Multiple Communities

Several additional Christian Health communities were included in the top 15% of care providers nationwide, earning honors in key areas such as overall satisfaction, nursing care, communication, safety, and quality of life:

Heritage Manor’s four units were honored across an assortment of categories, including Safety and Security, Overall Satisfaction, Nursing Care, Food Quality, Activities, Overall Customer Experience, and Professional Therapy Services.

Southgate Special Care earned recognition in multiple categories, including Overall Satisfaction, Nursing Care, Dining Quality, Cleanliness, Communication, Safety and Security, Professional Therapy Services, and Overall Customer Experience.

Longview Assisted Living, which provides personalized care and support for adults needing assistance with daily living tasks, in an engaging, secure environment, was awarded for Overall Satisfaction, Personal Care, Dining Services, Cleanliness, Communication, Activities, Safety and Security, and Overall Customer Experience.
