Christian Health’s (CHCC) Annual Golf Classic is celebrating its 30th year. The event, which includes a fun day of golf, yoga, and an awards and dinner program, will be held on Monday, June 10, at Knoll Country Club West in Parsippany. Proceeds from the event will support CHCC’s 2019 Annual Fund.

“We are looking forward to a truly special outing for our 30th Annual Golf Classic. Our community of supporters and guests consistently remark on what a fun, unique, and memorable day of golf, yoga, and fellowship they enjoy year after year!” said Sue Kelly, CHCC Director of Development and Golf Classic Committee member.

Two shotgun starts for classic 18-hole play are offered beginning at 7 a.m. and 1 p.m.; the 18-hole golf package includes lunch, cocktail reception, and dinner. Nine-hole play is also offered, with a 9:30 a.m. tee-off, and includes lunch.

Unique to CHCC’s Annual Golf Classic is the yoga, health and wellness presentation, and women’s golf clinic. A customized 90-minute outdoor yoga session overlooking the fairway will be provided by Michele O’Shea, owner of O’Shea Yoga in Wyckoff.

The 30th Annual Golf Classic is organized with the support of volunteers from the Golf Classic Committee led by co-chairs Rick De Bel of Lincoln Park, CHCC Board of Trustees Chair, and Edward Nieuwenhuis, DPM, of Wyckoff. Committee members included Darcy Bickert of Midland Park; John Gunther of Glen Rock; William J. Haggerty of Glen Rock, CHCC Foundation Board Vice Chair; Sue Kelly of Ridgewood; Don and Marion Klingen of Wanaque; Julie Lee of Mahwah; Carl Rizzo, Esq., of Wyckoff; Gordon Stanley of Wyckoff; and Ellsworth P.
